Its members help advance our programs, strengthen community and industry partnerships, promote accountability and transparency, and ensure that every initiative serves the public good while creating meaningful opportunities for emerging artists and creative professionals.
Board Director, Founder & Artistic Director
Ignacio Palladino is Co-Founder and Artistic Director of Realm26 Foundation, where he leads the organization’s creative vision and artist-development initiatives. Drawing on more than 15 years of experience in software engineering, technology, and digital innovation, he brings a distinctive interdisciplinary perspective to Realm26’s artistic programming, production, and long-term strategy.

Alejandra Rosero is Co-Founder and Executive Director of Realm26 Foundation, where she leads the organization’s mission, strategy, partnerships, and long-term growth. A licensed attorney with extensive nonprofit and public-interest experience, she brings a strong commitment to access, equity, and creating meaningful opportunities for emerging artists and creative professionals.
Dr. Marcela Moyano is a Board Member of Realm26 Foundation and a university professor with extensive experience in education, community engagement and empowerment, and creative development. She brings a strong commitment to expanding access, strengthening community partnerships, and advancing programs that create meaningful opportunities for emerging artists and creative professionals.
Board Director, Communications & Community Engagement
Ramiro Aguirre is a Board Director of Realm26 Foundation, acclaimed recording artist, songwriter, and producer known professionally as Míster Ramírez. Drawing on an international career in music and a deep understanding of the independent artist journey, he contributes valuable perspective to the Foundation’s artist-development and creative initiatives. His work helps ensure that Realm26’s programs remain artist-centered and grounded in professional practice.
Board Director, Artist Development & Cultural Programming
Alex Lara is a Board Director of Realm26 Foundation, digital media strategist, cultural communicator, and music media personality. Through his work in social media, artist interviews, and independent music coverage, he brings expertise in audience development and creative community engagement. He supports the Foundation’s communications strategy and helps expand the visibility and impact of its programs.

Marco Antoniazzi is a Board Director of Realm26 Foundation and an accomplished finance, technology, and business strategy executive. Drawing on more than two decades of experience across capital markets, cross-border finance, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies, he provides strategic insight into the Foundation’s financial stewardship, organizational growth, partnerships, and long-term sustainability.
