Realm26 Foundation is led by a distinguished Board of Directors whose experience spans music, media, business, law, philanthropy, education, and the creative industries. IGNACIO PALLADINO
Board Director, Founder & Artistic Director
Ignacio Palladino is Co-Founder and Artistic Director of Realm26 Foundation, where he leads the organization’s creative vision and artist-development initiatives. Drawing on more than 15 years of experience in software engineering, technology, and digital innovation, he brings a distinctive interdisciplinary perspective to Realm26’s programming and long-term growth.
His background allows him to bridge music, technology, creative production, and systems thinking, helping shape programs that are both artist-centered and professionally rigorous. Ignacio plays a central role in developing Realm26’s live-session productions, ensuring that participants have access to high-quality tools.
Through this work, he helps translate Realm26 Foundation’s mission into practical opportunities for artists and creative professionals to strengthen their work, expand their skills, and gain meaningful industry experience.
ALEJANDRA ROSERO
Board Director, Founder & Executive Director
Alejandra Rosero is Co-Founder and Executive Director of Realm26 Foundation, where she leads the organization’s mission, strategy, partnerships, governance, and long-term growth. A licensed attorney with extensive experience in nonprofit work, public-interest advocacy, and community-centered initiatives, she brings a strong commitment to expanding access, advancing equity, and creating meaningful opportunities for emerging artists and creative professionals.
Her leadership focuses on building a strong and sustainable nonprofit organization while ensuring that Realm26’s programs remain mission-driven, accountable, and responsive to the needs of the creative communities it serves. Board Director, Communications & Community Engagement
Dr. Marcela Moyano is a Board Member of Realm26 Foundation and a university professor with extensive experience in education, community engagement, and empowerment. She brings a strong commitment to expanding access, strengthening community partnerships, and creating meaningful educational.
Her background in higher education and community-centered work informs her approach to building programs that are accessible, inclusive, and responsive to the needs of diverse participants and communities. Ramiro Aguirre is a Board Director of Realm26 Foundation and an acclaimed recording artist, songwriter, and producer known professionally as Míster Ramírez. Drawing on an international career in music and a deep understanding of the independent artist journey, he brings valuable firsthand perspective to the Foundation’s artist-development, cultural, and creative initiatives.
His experience across songwriting, recording, production, live performance, and audience development gives him a practical understanding of the opportunities and challenges emerging artists face as they work to build sustainable careers. Alex Lara is a Board Director of Realm26 Foundation, digital media strategist, music communicator, and media personality with experience across social media, artist interviews, independent music coverage, and digital storytelling. Through his work, he brings a strong understanding of how artists, programs, and creative communities can build connections with audiences across digital platforms.
Alex contributes strategic guidance on social media, digital visibility, artist outreach, audience growth, and culturally relevant storytelling, helping ensure that the Foundation’s work reaches the communities it is designed to serve. Marco Antoniazzi
Board Director, Finance, Strategy & Innovation
Marco Antoniazzi is a Board Director of Realm26 Foundation and an accomplished finance, technology, and business strategy executive with more than two decades of experience across capital markets, cross-border finance, financial structuring, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies. Marco contributes strategic insight into how Realm26 can strengthen its financial foundation, evaluate opportunities responsibly, build sustainable systems, and develop relationships that support long-term organizational capacity.
