Developed in collaboration with artists, educators, industry professionals, and community partners, these programs connect creative education with real-world practice, strengthen technical and professional skills, encourage collaboration, and make industry knowledge more accessible to communities that have historically faced barriers to opportunity.
Audio Production, Mixing & Mastering Program
From studio setup to final master—building the technical skills behind professional sound.
The Audio Production, Mixing & Mastering Program provides participants with practical training across the complete audio-production process, from session preparation and recording through editing, mixing, mastering, and final delivery for release. Through in-person and online workshops, masterclasses, technical demonstrations, and hands-on learning experiences, participants develop an understanding of professional studio workflows and the creative decisions involved in producing high-quality audio.
Program topics may include microphone selection and placement, signal flow, digital audio workstations, multitrack recording, session organization, audio editing, sound design, critical listening, mixing techniques, mastering fundamentals, file preparation, and release-ready delivery standards. By connecting technical instruction with real-world production practices, the program helps emerging musicians, producers, and audio professionals strengthen their skills, improve their portfolios, and prepare for further education, freelance work, and career opportunities in music and audio production.

Professional Live-Session Production Program
From pre-production to public release—developing the skills required to capture, produce, and deliver professional live music.
The Professional Live-Session Production Program provides participants with practical experience across the complete development of a professionally produced live music session. Through workshops, masterclasses, demonstrations, and hands-on production opportunities, participants learn how a session moves from initial creative planning and artist coordination through recording, filming, post-production, promotional preparation, and digital release.
Program topics may include production schedules, budgeting and logistics, crew roles and responsibilities, stage and equipment setup, soundchecks, microphone selection and placement, signal flow, live audio recording, lighting, multi-camera direction, artist communication, file management, editing, mixing, post-production, and release delivery. Participants also explore the multidisciplinary collaboration required among artists, producers, audio engineers, camera operators, lighting teams, editors, and creative directors to capture professional sound and video simultaneously.

Realm26 Foundation’s Virtual Creative Education & Industry Learning Program expands access to professional instruction, mentorship, and industry knowledge for participants regardless of geographic location. Through live online workshops, masterclasses, demonstrations, artist conversations, and interactive learning sessions, participants connect with Realm26 team members and guest musicians, producers, audio engineers, filmmakers, editors, educators, creative directors, and other industry professionals.
Programming may explore audio production, recording, mixing and mastering, video production, professional live-session workflows, editing and post-production, artist development, digital strategy, portfolio development, and creative career planning. Sessions may also incorporate live demonstrations, project-based learning, case studies, participant questions, and discussions of current professional practices.
