Realm26 Foundation’s Community Education & Engagement Programs expand access to practical learning, professional mentorship, and industry-informed training for emerging artists, students, recent graduates, and early-career creative professionals. The programs are designed for participants seeking to translate creative interests, academic knowledge, or foundational experience into applicable skills, stronger portfolios, real-world experience, and clearer career pathways across music, audio, video, digital media, and live production.
Through workshops, masterclasses, demonstrations, mentorship, collaborative projects, and hands-on learning opportunities, participants may gain exposure to recording, audio engineering, mixing and mastering, professional live-session production, camera operation, lighting, video editing, post-production, creative direction, artist development, digital promotion, and release preparation.
Depending on the opportunity, participants may observe or contribute to professional productions, collaborate with artists and multidisciplinary teams, receive constructive feedback, and examine how creative projects move from early planning through production, post-production, release, and promotion. The program portfolio includes the Audio Production, Mixing & Mastering Program; Professional Live-Session Production Program; and Virtual Creative Education & Industry Learning Program.
Eligibility & Participation
Community Education & Engagement opportunities are open to emerging artists, students, recent graduates, and early-career creative professionals seeking to develop practical skills or pursue careers across music, media, audio engineering, video production, live production, digital content, or related creative fields.
To be considered, applicants must:
Demonstrate a genuine interest in developing a career or professional practice within music, media, or the creative industries.
Show a commitment to learning, professional growth, and active participation.
Identify how limited access to mentorship, education, training, equipment, production environments, or industry networks has affected their creative or professional development.
Be prepared to collaborate respectfully, communicate professionally, receive constructive feedback, and meet applicable program policies, deadlines, and participation requirements.
Be available to participate according to the scheduling, location, technical, and program-specific requirements of the selected opportunity.
For advanced mentorship or hands-on production placements, demonstrate any foundational knowledge, relevant experience, or prior training required for safe and meaningful participation.
Priority may be given to applicants who have limited access to professional education, mentorship, equipment, technology, production environments, or industry relationships. Applicants may be self-taught, currently enrolled in an educational program, recent graduates, or early-career professionals.
A college degree, established professional portfolio, or previous industry employment is not required unless specified for a particular opportunity.
Selection & Program Availability
Applications are reviewed based on eligibility, commitment to growth, identified barriers to access, program alignment, participant readiness, and available capacity. Meeting the eligibility requirements does not guarantee selection or participation.
Program availability, format, scheduling, and the scope of support provided may vary according to funding, organizational capacity, instructor and mentor availability, partner resources, production schedules, and program-specific requirements. Applicants who are not selected for an immediate opportunity may be considered for future workshops, masterclasses, mentorship placements, productions, or related Realm26 Foundation initiatives.
