Through professionally produced live sessions, hands-on education, mentorship, artist development, and real-world production experience, we support emerging artists and creative professionals who often face financial, geographic, or industry barriers to advancing their careers.

Our programs connect participants with experienced musicians, producers, engineers, filmmakers, and industry professionals while providing access to professional equipment, production environments, collaborative networks, and public platforms. From recording and audiovisual production to masterclasses, fellowships, career development, and cultural preservation, each initiative is designed to strengthen creative skills, expand professional access, and help participants build sustainable pathways within the music and creative industries. MUSIC & CREATIVE INDUSTRIES FELLOWSHIP Program

Realm26 Foundation’s Music & Creative Industries Fellowship Program is designed to expand access to the professional resources, mentorship, education, creative development, and industry connections that emerging artists and creative professionals need to advance their careers. The program supports musicians, producers, audio engineers, filmmakers, editors, photographers, and other aspiring creative professionals who may otherwise face financial, geographic, or industry barriers to accessing professional opportunities. Through hands-on learning, individualized mentorship, collaborative projects, professional live-session productions, workshops, and direct exposure to industry practices, fellows develop both the creative and practical skills required to navigate today’s music, media, and production environments. Participants work alongside experienced professionals, use industry-standard equipment, contribute to real productions, and gain a deeper understanding of areas such as recording, live sound, audiovisual production, post-production, content development, distribution, promotion, intellectual property, and career planning.

Each fellowship experience is structured to produce tangible professional outcomes. Participants strengthen their technical and collaborative abilities, build portfolios and production credits, expand their professional networks, and gain meaningful real-world experience that can support future employment, freelance work, internships, continued education, and independent creative careers. By connecting education with direct practice and public-facing opportunities, the program helps emerging talent move beyond limited access and toward sustainable participation in the music and creative industries.

ARTIST DEVELOPMENT & INDUSTRY ACCESS program

The Artist Development & Industry Access Award provides selected emerging and independent artists with professional resources, production support, mentorship, and meaningful public exposure designed to advance both their artistic growth and long-term career development. The award prioritizes artists who demonstrate a distinctive creative vision, a strong commitment to their craft, and clear professional potential, but who face financial, geographic, technical, professional, or network-related barriers that limit their access to high-quality production and music-industry opportunities. Selected recipients may receive a fully or partially sponsored professional live session tailored to their artistic identity and career goals. Support may include studio access, pre-production planning, audio recording and engineering, professional video production, lighting, creative direction, editing, mixing, post-production, and artist-ready promotional content. By bringing artists into a collaborative professional environment, the program allows recipients to develop their work with experienced producers, engineers, filmmakers, and creative professionals while gaining practical insight into the production and presentation process.

Depending on available funding, program capacity, and each recipient’s needs, the award may also include individualized mentorship, career-development guidance, promotional strategy, media outreach, introductions to curators and industry professionals, and visibility across Realm26’s digital platforms and international audience. Artists may receive professionally produced materials that can support booking opportunities, press outreach, grant and festival applications, digital promotion, audience development, and future industry partnerships. Beyond the production itself, the award is designed to help artists build confidence, strengthen their professional portfolios, expand their creative and industry networks, and present their work at a level that accurately reflects their talent. By reducing the cost and access barriers associated with professional production and career development, Realm26 Foundation helps independent artists reach new audiences, pursue meaningful opportunities, and build more sustainable creative careers without compromising their artistic identity.
