Marco Antoniazzi is a Board Director of Realm26 Foundation and an accomplished finance, technology, and business strategy professional with extensive experience across cross-border capital markets, structured finance, trade finance, mergers and acquisitions, payments, blockchain, and emerging technologies.

As Founder and Principal of Antoniazzi Business Consulting, Marco advises organizations and founder-led ventures on capital strategy, financial structuring, institutional partnerships, and sustainable growth. Throughout his career, he has developed and managed complex financial initiatives connecting institutions, investors, and businesses across the United States, Latin America, and international markets.

Marco’s professional background also extends to artificial intelligence, fintech, digital assets, and the evaluation of advanced AI systems within finance and capital-markets contexts. He holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida International University and has completed the Oxford Fintech Programme.
