Ignacio Palladino is Co-Founder and Artistic Director of Realm26 Foundation, where he guides the organization’s creative vision, artistic standards, and artist-development programming. Before Realm26, he spent 15 years in Silicon Valley as a software engineer and engineering leader, with experience spanning product development, user-interface engineering, and cryptocurrency technology, including engineering management at Coinbase. He holds a degree in Software Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina and a technical diploma in Recording and Post-Production.

Combining technology, music, and professional production, Ignacio oversees Realm26’s live sessions and multidisciplinary creative initiatives while helping artists develop authentic, high-quality work that reflects their individual identity and artistic goals. His background allows him to bridge technical innovation, creative direction, production strategy, and artist development within the Foundation’s programs.

As a member of the Board, Ignacio provides strategic leadership in artistic programming, innovation, technical infrastructure, production, and artist engagement, helping ensure that Realm26’s initiatives maintain strong professional and creative standards.
