IGNACIO PALLADINO

Ignacio Palladino is the Co-Founder and Artistic Director of Realm26 Foundation, where he helps shape the organization’s creative vision, artistic standards, and artist-development programming. With a deep commitment to music, live performance, and professional production, Ignacio oversees the creative direction of Realm26’s sessions, productions, and multidisciplinary initiatives. He works closely with emerging artists and creative teams to develop authentic performances, elevate artistic presentation, and create high-quality work that reflects each participant’s individual voice. Through his leadership, Ignacio helps bridge the gap between creative talent and professional opportunity by ensuring that artists have access to the environment, guidance, technical resources, and collaborative support needed to grow. His approach combines artistic integrity, production excellence, and a strong belief in the power of music to build community and create meaningful career pathways. As a member of the Board, Ignacio provides strategic insight on artistic programming, production, artist engagement, and the continued development of Realm26 Foundation’s creative initiatives.

DR. MARCELA MOYANO

Board Director, Community Engagement & Education

Dr. Marcela Moyano is a communications scholar, educator, documentary filmmaker, and higher-education leader whose career has been dedicated to using media, storytelling, and education as instruments for community empowerment and social impact. With more than two decades of experience across academia, communications, public media, and community engagement, Dr. Moyano brings a distinctive combination of educational leadership, creative expertise, and civic commitment to Realm26 Foundation. She currently serves as a professor and communications leader at United International College, where she develops institutional partnerships, advances student-centered initiatives, and prepares emerging media professionals through practical, experiential learning. Her academic and creative work explores how documentary filmmaking, digital media, and participatory storytelling can amplify underrepresented voices, strengthen cultural understanding, and inspire meaningful social change. She has developed educational frameworks centered on community participation and has produced award-winning documentary work addressing social justice, international development, and the power of communities to tell their own stories. Dr. Moyano also contributes extensive nonprofit and public-service governance experience. She serves on the Board of Directors of United International College, the Board of Trustees of Fundación Unilatina in Colombia, and as Chair of the WLRN/PBS Community Advisory Board, where she supports public-media engagement and community outreach. As a member of the Realm26 Foundation Board, Dr. Moyano provides strategic leadership in community engagement, education, media, and program development. She helps ensure that the Foundation’s initiatives remain accessible, culturally responsive, educationally meaningful, and deeply connected to the communities they are designed to serve.

Alejandra Rosero is the Founder and Executive Director of Realm26 Foundation, where she leads the organization’s mission, strategic development, partnerships, and commitment to expanding access across the music and creative industries. An attorney, nonprofit leader, and creative entrepreneur, Alejandra brings together experience in public-interest advocacy, organizational leadership, community engagement, and artist development. Her work is grounded in the belief that exceptional talent exists in every community, but access to professional resources, mentorship, networks, and meaningful opportunity remains deeply unequal. At Realm26 Foundation, Alejandra oversees program development, institutional partnerships, fundraising, governance, and long-term organizational strategy. She works to build initiatives that provide emerging artists and creative professionals with professional production, education, mentorship, industry experience, and the tools needed to pursue sustainable careers. Alejandra also serves as Co-Founder of Realm26 Studio, where she has helped create a collaborative platform dedicated to live music, artist discovery, and high-quality creative production. Her experience working directly with artists and industry professionals informs the Foundation’s practical, artist-centered approach. As a member of the Board, Alejandra provides strategic leadership and ensures that Realm26 Foundation remains guided by artistic integrity, responsible stewardship, measurable impact, and an unwavering commitment to opportunity.

ALEJANDRA ROSERO

Alex Lara

Board Director, Artist Relations & Music Community

Alex Lara is a Mexican musician, interviewer, and independent music advocate whose work centers on connecting artists, documenting creative journeys, and strengthening the communities that surround emerging music. Based in Aguascalientes, Mexico, Alex is a member of Laras, an alternative rock and pop group formed alongside his brothers, Juanch and Hugo Lara. His experience as a working independent musician gives him a direct understanding of the artistic, financial, and professional challenges artists encounter as they develop their sound, build audiences, and pursue sustainable careers. Alex is also the creator and host of Pequeñas Diferencias, a long-form music podcast featuring conversations with musicians, producers, composers, entrepreneurs, and other members of Mexico’s creative community. Across more than 100 episodes, the program has explored artist development, songwriting, production, touring, collaboration, music-business realities, emerging scenes, and the evolving experience of independent artists. Through his interviews and creative projects, Alex has created a platform where artists can speak openly about their careers, challenges, influences, and ambitions. His work helps elevate developing voices while encouraging greater dialogue, connection, and knowledge-sharing throughout the independent music community. As a member of the Realm26 Foundation Board, Alex contributes valuable insight into artist relations, independent music, community engagement, and the needs of emerging talent. He helps the Foundation remain connected to working artists and supports the development of programs that are accessible, relevant, artist-centered, and responsive to the realities of today’s music industry. His perspective also strengthens Realm26 Foundation’s connection to Mexico and the broader Latin American creative community, supporting opportunities for cross-cultural collaboration, artistic exchange, and meaningful international engagement.

Míster Ramírez

Board Director, Artist Development & Global Engagement

Míster Ramírez, the artistic identity of Argentine singer-songwriter Ramiro Miguel Aguirre, is a recording artist, composer, and creative storyteller whose work reflects a distinctly international and genre-defying approach to music. Throughout his career, Míster Ramírez has built a body of work rooted in artistic experimentation, emotional honesty, and cross-cultural connection. He became the first artist in Argentine music history to release a debut album in 14 languages, extending his songwriting across cultures and demonstrating the universal power of music. His professional journey has included recording in studios associated with Fito Páez and Gustavo Cerati, performing at Cosquín Rock, participating in the Billboard Online Festival, and opening concerts for internationally recognized artists and bands. He also received a Premio Gardel nomination for Best New Rock Artist. A Grammy and Latin Grammy voting member, Míster Ramírez brings the perspective of an independent artist who understands both the creative demands of developing an authentic voice and the professional realities of building a sustainable music career. His recorded catalog spans rock, folk, alternative music, and cinematic songwriting, including his live project produced in collaboration with Realm26. As a member of the Realm26 Foundation Board, Míster Ramírez contributes strategic insight into artist development, songwriting, creative identity, international engagement, and the evolving needs of independent musicians. His leadership helps ensure that the Foundation’s programs remain artist-centered, culturally expansive, and responsive to the real opportunities and challenges facing emerging talent.
