Realm26 Music & Creative Industries Fellowship
Realm26 Music & Creative Industries Fellowship is a selective, career-building program created to expand access, unlock opportunity, and help emerging creatives turn their talent into sustainable careers.Through mentorship, hands-on production experience, professional development, and direct exposure to real-world creative environments, fellows gain the practical skills, confidence, and industry knowledge needed to thrive across music, media, and live production. Participants work alongside experienced artists, producers, engineers, filmmakers, photographers, managers, and other industry professionals while contributing to meaningful studio sessions, live productions, and multidisciplinary creative projects. The fellowship is designed not only to develop technical and artistic ability, but also to remove barriers that often prevent talented individuals from entering and advancing within the creative industries. Fellows build professional portfolios, earn real production credits, strengthen their networks, and gain access to career pathways that may otherwise feel out of reach. By investing in emerging talent and connecting creativity with opportunity, Realm26 empowers the next generation of artists and creative professionals to build lasting careers, contribute to their communities, and help shape the future of the music and creative industries.
Realm26 Artist Development Sessions
Realm26 Artist Development Sessions are a flagship access initiative created to give emerging artists the professional resources, creative support, and visibility they need to move their careers forward. Through fully produced live sessions, artists gain access to high-quality audio recording, video production, creative direction, performance coaching, and promotional content in a professional studio environment. Each session is designed to capture the artist’s identity authentically while helping them strengthen their performance, refine their visual presentation, and create compelling work they can use to reach new audiences and pursue future opportunities. The initiative helps remove the financial and industry barriers that often prevent talented independent artists from accessing professional production. Realm26’s Industry Leadership & Mentorship initiative connects emerging creatives with experienced professionals across music, media, production, and the broader creative industries. Participants receive practical guidance, honest industry insight, and individualized support from producers, audio engineers, filmmakers, photographers, managers, artists, creative directors, and other established leaders. Through mentorship conversations, workshops, collaborative projects, and real-world learning opportunities, participants gain a clearer understanding of how creative careers are built and sustained. Realm26’s Community Education & Masterclasses initiative makes high-quality creative and professional learning more accessible to emerging artists, aspiring industry professionals, and members of the broader community. Through workshops, masterclasses, demonstrations, and hands-on learning experiences, participants develop practical skills across audio engineering, studio recording, live production, songwriting, music business, branding, performance, content creation, photography, filmmaking, and visual production.
