La Mono

La Mono — Live at Realm26

La Mono channels the raw nerve of Argentine rock through a power-trio format built on distortion, weight, and instinct. Led by guitarist and vocalist Gaspar Benegas alongside Lucas Argomedo and Ramiro López Naguil, the band draws from the grit of ’90s alternative rock while remaining deeply connected to the lineage of Argentina’s rock tradition. Live at Realm26, that sound is captured at its most immediate. Heavy guitars, muscular rhythms, and Benegas’ unmistakable vocal presence move between tension and release, giving the performance a physical energy that feels both controlled and volatile. From the drive of “Licor de Ayer” and “Última Estación” to the hypnotic pull of “Diosa Natural,” the session reveals a band that doesn’t soften its edges for the camera—it leans into them.
